Argus AI Labs LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we may hold about you through our WhatsApp, website chat, or voice services.
What Data We Collect
Through our AI-powered communication services, we may collect: your name, phone number, message content from WhatsApp conversations, and chat session data from our website widget. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiries and improve our services. We do not sell your data.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Remove app connection via Facebook:
1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy
2. Click Settings → Apps and Websites
3. Find “Argus AI Labs” and click Remove
This removes our app access to your Facebook-connected data immediately.
Option 2 — Email deletion request:
Send an email to info@arguslabs.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your name and phone number. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion by email.
