About Raj Brar
From his first ventures as a teenager to negotiating billions in global deals, Raj Brar’s career has been defined by systems thinking.
He built his first business at seventeen in automotive — an industry going through the same AI-driven transformation that every sector faces today. A chain of locations and a commercial building by twenty-one. From there, hundreds of millions in commercial real estate across Canada. Then Dubai. Then India. Over $5 billion in global deal flow across technology, real estate, and infrastructure.
While in India, he started investing in what the rest of the world would discover years later — data annotation firms, LIDAR startups, early AI infrastructure companies. This was 2018. Most firms selling AI services today hadn’t been founded yet.
Then a transformational chapter he speaks about openly. Years in the Himalayas studying mindfulness, subconscious reprogramming, and nervous system regulation — the systems AI is designed to replicate. How neural pathways form. How conditioning works.
